Yes, we are available to travel for shoots both domestically and internationally. Travel and accommodation costs are factored into our pricing for shoots outside our local area.

You will receive full personal usage rights to all your photographs and videos. For commercial projects, usage rights are specified in the contract. We reserve the right to use images and videos for our promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Typically, photos are delivered within 4-6 weeks and videos within 8-12 weeks post-event. This timeframe can vary depending on the project’s complexity and our workload.

Yes, we encourage clients to suggest music that resonates with them. However, it must be royalty-free or legally licensed for use in videos. We can assist in sourcing appropriate music if needed.

Our standard packages include edited photos and videos, ensuring the highest quality. However, raw footage and unedited photos can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days in advance for a partial refund. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings, based on availability.
